Ummm, I think you would have a tough case. I can't see where simply riding a snowmobile on the road would create a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another person. Reckless endangerment is a little over the top.

At best you were looking at a $124 fine. But if any of you want to look up the state laws on this, here you are. Washington State RCW 46.10.090 thru 46.10.190, all deal with snowmobiles. Good to know this time of year.

I live out in the country, and was safely riding all over the county roads checking on my friends, and neighbors making sure they had everything they needed as many were stranded in their homes.
