The judge just fined the teachers $200 a day retroactive to day one if they don't get back to work by tomorrow. That will be the end of teachers strikes in Washington, game over, back to work biotches!

From what i read it was Monday! And I see a lot of support for the teachers!! I say keep on striking and get what you want. If they didnt feel good about what they were doing they wouldnt be doing it! I encourage people to stand up for their beleifs no matter what they may be!

if they do go back to work that means the strike was only about the money and not the kids.

Their all collecting a paycheck. On strike or not. Thats what so stupid about this strike, they get paid by the gov. either way. Now that they will be fined it's going to show who is "for the children" and who is for the money! IMO if it's for the children then get back to work and let the union deal with the issues in the background. Crikey's man, pass another levy. It's would only be another $2 on your property tax (yeah, right! - but thats another story) and remember "It's for the children"!
