Just bought an '07 M8, and have a couple of questions

First off I need some positive affirmation. I paid $4750 for an '07 M8 with 600 miles on it. Did I get a decent deal?

I know the M7 was set up to run on regular fuel, if I remember correctly the '07 M8 runs on regular too, although I know the newer M8s need premium. Is this correct?

Also I'm willing to bet this sled will need scratchers, am I right?

Congrats on the sled!!
I love my 07 M8. been great with not alot of problems! It only needs 87octane unless you add a pipe. A few things i would start with would be..

1. Fastlane No-snows
2. BDX,Van-amburg or newer rear bumper conversion
3. Boss seat or 2010 cat seat
4. SLP pipe
5. Powerclaw track.

Then ride the hell out of it!!

I would also drain and check your Diamond Drive!!

Im sure others will have some more ideas for you on what else you can do. Hope this helps...

scratchers are a good idea on hard trails.they dont have much of a cooler on the back

You got a real good deal. If your lookingfor changes to make.
1. MDS weights
2. HPS can
3. Powerclaw track
4. Seat
5. Van amberg bumper
Then just ride it

PS. Legend oil helps too.
