** I contacted Dave at ER Team CC yesterday about an issue I had with my sled from a DIFFERENT service department. (in all honesty it was more of a gripe) Not only did he take care of me, but he had me hooked up before I could even get home from work!

Reference what Dasha, and others have said on here, and you'll get my drift.**

i really appreciate the service! calling everytime you have an update on the progress.. i dropped both my sleds off 600 sdi that wouldnt start and a 1000 sdi that was in need of an update and ended up having a rave valve cable broken... you did more in the first 10 minutes than amds did all last year for me.. i really appreciate that.. and you also got my sleds in WAY before you told me you were gonna be able to!

New update
Not that any of you have a Tundra.......maybe friends or your parents do!
2010 Tundra 550F.....select VIN numbers have a steering alignment and throttle cable adjustment issue.
Also, we are working on a tune and service promotion. Stay tuned!

Chatted with Dave for about 20 minutes and enjoyed the conversation. For those that haven't stopped by yet to talk with Dave, you need too. I found out a few things about their shop that they will be offering and now I don't need to go to AMD&S anymore. They also hired a new guy in service that was super friendly and more than happy to help a fellow sledder out, I feel bad because I forgot his name. The parts shop has been remodeled also and they did a fantastic job with it, another reason to go check out Team CC in Eagle River!

Chad, if you've got a broken handlebar in your shop, I could use about a 4" piece for a mod I'm working on. Thanks bud.

Cool. I was the guy that talked with Dave right before you. My sled is on life support in the service bay but should be back on it's track again by next week (Right Dave?).
