Just a heads up from Team CC!!

Parts

x2 on the parts dept, Jayson and his crew have always gone above and beyond. They always have the odd BRP parts screws, brackets etc in stock. Along with a solid selection of Aftermarket access. C/A skis, RSI, ABS packs, Fly helmets and so on. If they don't have it in stock, orders are always followed up with a timely phone call when the part is in.

We usually carry stiffer springs, call Morgan in the parts department and if he has them and you buy em from us I'll swap them out for you during my lunch break......ha.....like I get lunch :P
Now that sounds like a killer deal, i'll swing by there this week when I get a chance with my shocks. I also need a skidplate in red, which I know you have in stock. I wonder why you guys sell them with the hardware and the other guys don't? Your parts and service dept's are the best in south central Alaska, seems you guys always have what I need or can get it fairly quickly.

800r knock sensor sesitivity/limp mode

update SB2009-10 part #415-129-450
does anybody know this update,my dealer can't find nothing on it?

I believe that is the ECM reflash to correct several electrical glitches. Dave at Team CC in Eagle River is aware of this reflash as he did my 2008 800 XP last month. Even though it is for 2009 sleds the reflash applies to 2008 sleds also.

Campaign 2009-11 or Bulletin 2009-10 are one in the same.
This bulletin only takes care of one issue and only if you are having the issue.
Basically what happens is the ECM detects high detonation and throws the engine into a permanent limp mode. The new ECM flash makes it so you can turn the sled off. It resets itself and takes it out of permanent limp mode.
The new flash still protects your sled though from detonation.

I would like to also publicly recognize the great service I got at Team CC Service Dept. in Eagle River! Thank you very much for helping out, anywhere from coaching via telephone, getting the work done in your shop, calling me and talking to me about updates and what needs/should be done and also for the extra effort of checking the sled out for possible problems!
It was the best service I have ever gotten in AK! I also appreciate that you treated me like a regular customer instead of "a girl that doesn't know anything", no matter what you thought! LOL
You will have my business from now on! THANK YOU!

Dasha,
Thank you very much for that VERY nice compliment. We are trying very hard to make sure our customers leave with the feeling they have gotten what they paid for and a little bit more. We try to treat each customer the same whether they are man or woman, warranty, non warranty, new customer or repeat customer.
It was very nice to have met you and put a face to the name!!

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you all know that we have a never service writer. His name is Jay and a good kid. Make sure to give him a bunch of crap when you come in! He's not new to powersports, Grad from MMI and worked in a few different dealerships in Washington, new to the state so fresh meat! He is fairly new to sleds but he will learn. If he doesn't have the answer your looking for make sure to get ahold of me so I can help you out!

I would like to establish a good dealer relationship :)

Dave;
Based on what I've read here, I have elected to send you a non-public PM first.

Thanks Tony!
