Japanese Automaker seeking bailout loan

Maybe WA DC can send some advisors to Tokyo to help burn through that pesky $1 trillion they have in reserve. Wonder where all the cash came from?

P.s. the longest boat ride any of my vehicles has been on is across Puget Sound

This must be some kind of internet farse. There's no way Toyota could be in trouble, they are the most perfect auto manufacturer in the world! LMFAO.

I hear ya man. I had a battle on another board I'm on with a bunch of dorksticks that were tossing that attitude around.

The way the big 3 got drug through the mud, I haven't heard much bagging on Toyota. Everyone is in the same mess.

First net loss in nearly 60 years is considered the same mess? They also are not taking my tax dollars for their bail out. Yes, the world wide economic downturn has hurt all auto makers, but come on now. If anything it shows how bad the situation is when the best run auto maker is still losing money. One truely has to have blinders on if they can look at the way the big 3 have lost money compared to how Toyota has lost money for the first time since 1950.
