Just moved to jackson and am looking to get into snowmobiling. Have enough avy experience to know i need a lot more to be safe. Looking for some recommendations on riding areas around for beginners. Looking to stay away from avy terrain until i take some classes in january. So places where i could go get used to sled in some open fields/ gentle rolling terrain, again no avy terrain, been up greys river and grosventre a lot for fishing so i somewhat know those areas in the summer time.. Than when i feel im ready meet some people and go into more advanced areas. Also are there any people here who i could tag along with?
