boom thingy only got used twice, its huge and weights a ton and a bit of a pain to pay attention too while riding, this is the first time out on this chest mount option from gopro, i like it, simple and i dont have to remove my helmet or go out of my way to turn it on and off or see what the LCD screen reads, but its low so snow covers it when im going downhill, almost got my head ripped off last weekend with the huge gopro on my helmet, tree branch reached out and grabbed it
