Illinois. I get the mountains of course...... but we're blown away by the just ride a bit ope...here's a spot to go crazy wash rinse repeat! My rentals ran a bit hot on the trails only downside. And we're an absolute disaster off trail haha.

Practise makes perfect. The more you ride OFF TRAIL, the better you will get at it.

I took my sled into RMS the other day to have the Kill Switch repaired.
I just about had a heart attack when I saw a good 100+ Sleds in the yard all waiting to be REPAIRED.
Never since 2007 have I ever seen SO MANY BROKEN sleds in their back lot all waiting on parts.
What a freaking disaster!

The great old 07 xrs. Mine was really good but did go down. Buddy's girlfriend cooked it.
Another funny story when i sold it to a guy in Minnesota. Buddy met him in north dakota on the way to the oil field. Told the guy it runs stellar. He rode it like 5 miles and blew it up. He called me and i told him To hang tough and I'll make some phone calls. My dealer got me a new motor and got doo to goodwill half of it. All he had to do was ship motor to them. Cost me a grand. I had buddies that said it was a used sled. Told the one, who was thinking about it, what if it was you. I said it ran stellar and in order for me to sleep at night, that was the right thing to do. Must have got moisture in it over the summer to only make it 5 miles. The guy called me not expecting much and when i handled it he was so happy he sent me a Christmas card.

if the snow is good, and the tourists haven't destroyed it, this lower area south of Two Tops can be a total blast.

Island Park/West Yellowstone is GROUND ZERO for this storm.
95% chance of at least 6" of new snow

Man, I wish I could but am tied up for part of the weekend. Killing me seeing the forecast!!! Got to make it down there at least once before the season ends though. Seems like an epic winter for IP.
