Is there anywhere we can ride yet?

Is there enough snow to ride anywhere yet? Maybe vail? Did a drive the other day over the pass looked like enough snow especially now since it has been dumping. Also doesn't the national forest service restrict riding in areas until a specified date?

I got an email back today from the national forest saying they will start grooming the trails on vail pass on the 20th. Anyone know of anywhere that may be rideable early next week?

Got 30 miles in today at Church Park

Road out there today, about a foot of cover.lots of hunters still out till Sunday.

Anyone go out this weekend?

Anyone try to get out this weekend? Saw on Facebook that the grandlake trail groomers got out and sounds like it is rideable and will be grooming this week. Looks like summit county and vail got a good amount of snow this whole week so my brother and I might go check out either vail pass Tuesday or maybe head to grand lake!

Rode all day at vail pass today. Bout 3 feet everywhere. Gotta be a little careful but overall one of the best november rides I've ever been on.

Agreed, I was there on Saturday afternoon. Search and rescue arrived in the parking lot about dark, said they were going after someone with a broken back,,,,,,,PLEASE be careful guys.

no east side

no access til march when our snow winter starts in gilpin co. you can get over the top, i have done it once in 13 years (on my old school aspirated 900 fueli! 153). it aint easy and i have seen blocks of ice push out of yankee doodle lake because of slides, buyer beware.

i was switchbackin all the way up but made over to the picnic tables at corona.

avy danger everywhere, must be very careful.

I would love to take the tracks through the tunnel on saturday mornings too but cant!

We are going to ride Grand Mesa on Sunday but I have a feeling it's going to be a broken A arm kind of day. Not too much up there yet. Oh well, I'd rather buy parts than not ride. :face-icon-small-dis Probably have to stick to the roads -

Hmm, back when I skied a lot when had rock skis for this sort of thing - guess I need a rock sled!!! That old RMK in the corner is starting to look like a rock sled, heh, heh, heh!
