Yep, SnoWest was my first forum and I am also on the CFL forum.... great info and entertainment. Sure beats the hell out of Facebook, although I'm not sure if you could call that a forum....maybe a chincy chat room!

IT wasn't a "website". It was a newsgroup. And it's accesible over more than just dialup, any internet connection can access it.
