Is it worth a possible divorce?!?

Personally wyo...we have all heard your opinions..on both pro's....I hope your pro works twice as good as you think its going too..those of us who ride the other pro...I promise..are quite happy with our choice as well..now as for the numb nutz thing..pretty low class if you ask me....

I don't have a pro and never stated i did or will so I don't get what you are going after, I will not buy a pro-climb until or if it proves to handle like a pro rmk, if not I may have a pro rmk and deal with any issues,

To the numb nuts thing, it was a joke, I just thought to say ".it is that good which is why all you hear is guys bashing it in the cat and doo sections." is not really the true story and is sarcasm on your part, most reputable people like the pro and it would be dumb to dispute its advantages, yeah some try to talk it down but to say its bashing when many like it isn't the truth.

To you and those that took offense of my sarcasm and boredom (summer sucks), My Bad, played a little to hard for those that don't know me, I apologize.

When someone continual calls me out or states the opposite I will respond. Just fun of the argument.

And there is the problem. Some of us don't have all day to read thru the endless arguments. We pay to get on here for information and honest opinions. If someone calls you out, fine respond. If someone calls you out for continually posting the same crap in every thread that everyone is tired of reading, they are just calling a spade a spade. Ride on...

So you call me out again so I can state it again, everyone says I am bashing and I am not, so saying the rear bumper is a joke is bashing or the truth. You guys get way to serious and start taking the worst out of everything when there are two ways to look at it.

FYI, You read a thread that jokes about a divorce for real information, really.

Come on folks, let's keep it in good fun... The snow is getting closer:face-icon-small-hap

If I have learned anything from this thread, it is once again another vote not to get married;):D

UPDATE!

SO... I made a deal with the devil... well actually just with my wife. If I sell my 08 Dragon 700 - 163" I can buy a Pro. Hell to the yeah.. Kind of a bummer since I spent the past month doing all kinds of upgrades on my Dragon but I don't think I'll be too bent out of shape about it when I can't stop smiling this winter...

With that said... Anyone want to buy a Dragon?!?

Sweet!, that 700 is still worth some $$$$ so don't give it away. How much you looking to get and what all have you done, miles, extras, etc...

It's the 08 Dragon 700 - 163" x 2.5"
2300 miles

Upgrades:
Carl's Custom Clutching (belt side clearance adjusted and balanced both clutches - new primary and secondary spring, custom cut helix, 2 delrins)
19/42 gearing
Better Boards
'09/'10 Front End Upgrade
Fire n' Ice Vents (shock towers, side panels, custom stirrups, 3 intake vents)
SLP single pipe and can
Polaris Tether
New hand warmers
New 1115 Belt and still have old one for spare. Had the old belt on for 1000 miles so decided to change it

The sled is immaculate. I'm asking $7500 for it. Don't need to sell it right away but would like to get rid of it soon.

That 700 would make a great sled for her.... Doesn't she want to ride?

bad idea, do that once and you will have to sell the sled to buy life insurance, after she sees what that pro is capable of.

Nice sig, Vinnee

I made the mistake of telling my wife about a "most of a snowmobile" (Gen2/Edge chassis minus skis, skid & motor) I was interested in that I would have had to visit the pawn shop to scrounge up the money for, turns out I was able to get it for free
http://www.snowestonline.com/forum/showthread.php?t=272425

After a week or so she said "I still love you and I can't be mad at you forever. I can still be irritated at you, but not mad at you." Except I can't say the S-word (snowmobile) in her presence with out her "irritation" becoming evident....

Lucky Me!

My Wife snochecked two Pro's last year, one for each of us. Rides with me, gets up at 0300 to beat the crowd to the snowpark, doesn't whine . . . sigh.

I certainly can't agree with the "don't get married" crowd, but then again, I won the Wife Lottery!! :face-icon-small-hap

Best of luck all, hang in there, the snow's a'comin'!!

Bag

naw I don't agree with the don't get married crowd either. My wife's not a rider but she's a hell of a wife and I can't blame her for not wanting 10,000 to come out of our bank account. I can joke about it though. STOKED FOR SNOW!!! Only a week 'til September and Fall is in the air boys. LET'S RIDE!

Sure hope you get what your looking for out of your 700 to upgrade to the Pro. I've had my 08 800 163" up for sale locally for as low as $6000 and no interest in it at all, maybe the 700 with it's better reputation will be an easier sell!!

This is worth bringing this thread back up. On our 1 year anniversary, my wife is driving and were headed to her parents house to pick them up for dinner. We come around the corner to their house and guess what is sitting out front? A '11 PRO RMK 155! Needless to say she topped my gift. I never asked for one or said I wanted one, all I did was talk about how awesome of a sled they were and probably said something like if one appeared on the trailer, I would probably ride it :face-icon-small-ton. The funniest part was that I was reading this thread to her out loud about a week before that laughing my butt off and she kept a straight face knowing as soon as I left in the morning for work she was off to pick the sled up!
