p.s. called earlier. shell asked if i was bringin some shrimp for a rerun of last year.. problem is, i already have 2 bags.. i called the airlines, its $125 for a 3rd bag (cooler)..
probably gonna have to try it again next year..

I like what I am seeing on the web cam. Snow is nearing the top of the fence and more to come according to all your forecasts. This is solidifying my trip for Jan.7th. Can't wait!

Just talked to HDTECH, said that there is 8 inches of base with 3 - 4 feet of powder. He had been to Black Bear today and left a couple areas very tracked up. He had not tried Big Sky or Lionhead yet, maybe he'll get there before he leaves. I told him to get pics up here for us, he didn't know if any worked (lots of snow coming down). I'm sure he will add more later tonight.

Regarding the guy that thought he should have free use of your shop--I'd call him a pri--, but he may consider that a compliment. I recall that you did offer the use of it to me a few years ago while I was out there and it was much appreciated--luckily, I didn't need it. However, it would certainly be worth at least $25 to not lay in a snow bank in the cold!!
We were out there last year, didn't stop in as I had laryingitis so bad, I couldn't talk anyway--BUT, I did ride a lot.--Maybe we'll be out in mid Jan this year

easily a foot new tonight in the hills...snotel in carrot/beaver creek sites show a foot in the last 24 hours... if I can get my sled carnage fixed early in the morning tomorrow, I will be heading in there...and will try and take pics like I have been promising...

Well its official! Booked in at Kurt's Jan 7th for a week. A good Bud of mine from the Spokane area is coming down also for a few days (We are gonna have to show him a good time! ). See ya there Smoke and Flip and who ever else might be around. Lookin' forward to it!

I think that is the first time this year that they plowed the snow to the middle of the road to remove good sign!!! I am still hanging in there with 56.9 looks like town once again got more snow then black bear!!!! Can you say Free Coors Light
