Woke this morning to a light but steady snow. There calling for a chance of snow the next five days. The ride yesterday was AMAZING, over the hood powder the whole day. We started out with patchy sun, that was great to be able to see. But then it socked in and started to snow so the light went very flat. Was hard to see the creeks and such but was a great time anyways. Back after it today.........................:p

Went up around Lions Head today and it was terrible flat light. Had a hard time seeing anything. But it was great snow again today, not quite as much as yesterday though. It's been snowing hard here in town the last two hours with more on the way, WOOO HOOO..................

Hey Kurt Bucky make it out there? 23 days and I am back out there, well at least we are suppose to get some snow here just in time for our hill drags this coming weekend. Hey Cave you got the turbo at home? Maybe you want to come and clean house at our hill drags!!!

The only thing I can stretch out of that is...
I met a Dude last year from AZ names Razz.
He had sweet looking rides (truck, sled and girlfriend) and big enclosed trailer.
Maybe he is bragging about the new dish on top of the trailer....

--I said it was a stretch---

I love working from home... the internet is so much faster than at work..
4-8 inches expected here in Monticello today.
It is starting as snow and not the rain they were expecting so I am thinking it will be more in the 6-8 range.

snow was great down there this weekend, light was pretty flat with snow showers on Saturday and the wind had hardened some of the snow but it was still good in the trees. Sunday was a lot better, couple feet of pow up high, no wind and the sun even popped out a couple times.

Kurt, who were the yahoo's on the M sleds staying with you Saturday, two of them went blowing across the main trail right outside of town (south near old airport), if I wouldn't have been slowed down a bit and saw them coming I would have T-boned both of them. Neither of them had any idea I was there nor did they stop and look before they blew across. Might want to tell them to pull their head out when they are riding down there....
My wife got her leg broke down there 3 years ago from the same thing, some A-hole out control blowing across the trail.

He can bring his camera just as long as he saves some powder around Cabin in a couple of weeks. And a little bit of BLUE BIRD. :D

We just got back last night (5 days in west) and all I can say it was as good as we have ever seen it. We opened up the trail into Cabin with fresh snow and not track to be seen two times during our trip. The first day back there was amazing with great snow, then we went to Lion's head for a day, and the next day headed back to the cabin and couldn't see one track we had left two days prior and did it all again.

Looking at the webcam, the guys out there today are going to have a amazing day with the blue bird skys. Five feet off the trail in the Island park area it was over the hood powder all over the place. I can't even imagine how awesome it will be in the high elevations with good visability and all the new snow.

I'll post some pictures tonight from last week.

Just got back home last night some of the best rideing in years, the only down side we had to go home. Thanks agiain to Kurt and Shell for everything see everyone in west in few weeks.

KEEP THE SNOW COMMING !!!!!

Picking up my new buggy tomorrow!!:D Hopefully this one will last longer than a month. See you guys out there in alittle over a week. Cave you better save some powder for me!:D
