Woke to partly cloudy skies this morning with a 40% chance of snow this afternoon. Wish I could ride but have to shovel snow away from windows today and board them up before the next system moves in...............

oooh.. ohhh... just remembered, i have a plane ticket that i
was gonna use to go to utah last year and never did.. lookslike ill have some delta airlines credit..

next question is.. and this could be the clincher..

do i ask for the time off of work (i still have some vacation time.. which dont mean chit at my work)... and risk them saying no.. OR

do i make up some family bullchit and be almost guaranteed to get the time off???

now remeber, if i ask and they say no, im screwed.. there is no second chances.. lol..

Jesse I would call the airline you booked with ASAP...the way the credit I had at Delta for the same trip last year worked was you had 1 year to re-book from original booking date and had to use by the same date you were originally scheduled to fly.

Woke to a steady snow this morning with a couple inches overnight. In a winter snow and wind advisory today thru 11pm. Total accumulations by mid day tomorrow could reach 10 to 14 inches. Wind has already started to pick up. I don't mind the snow but this wind is getting OLD....................
