We are also leaving minnesota friday night the 23rd heading to west!! Hope the warm temps didn't mess things up to bad:face-icon-small-dis Sounds like some snow coming in out there the end of the week. Strozzi's hear we come :beer;:D

We'll see you guys out there as well.... our group is leaving northern Iowa Thursday a.m. for Island Park!! We've all lost track whether this is year nine or 10. Any snow condition info would be greatly appreciated as it sounds like it warmed up a little out there. THANKS!!

Last year I came out rented sleds from ABC rentals and stayed at the Yellowstone Lodge. I was kind of dissapointed in the Yellowstone Lodge. What do you guys recomend? (mainly mad that we had every channel except the one the Daytona 500 was on) so we went down to a bar and watched it which wasn't all that bad, but just in general not impressed. What do you guys recomend? What is the best value in West Yellowstone? Where do all of the real riders stay? also I am still choosing a date to go sometime in Febuary. When should I go? I am just a Minnesota kid that loves riding out west. Maybe I could hook up with some of you guys and go riding? (going with the family that rides pretty cautious) I am a pretty experienced rider, but not in the mountains.

There is still great snow to be found here around West, The last two days we spent all day riding untouched meadows on the IP side of two top and there is still more back there, Its been getting pretty warm but the snow is great in the trees, It sounds like we might get some snow this weekend. Just be careful as there has been many avalanches around the area West and Cooke.

Jesse. remember this?

Some spots are getting pretty tracked up as we have not had snow in the last week. There saying snow starting tonight with a chance the next four days. Avalanche danger is about as high as it gets right now. Not much climbing being done............
