Google: Farm Bureau Insurace. I got lots of hits. Mine is, "of MT". They let me choose whatever value I wanted and quoted the rate. I've had 'em forever and i think I'm a pretty good customer for them, so that may be a factor.

i pay 350 a year for full insurance including collison . thats also replacent value even with all the extras

im paying around 350 for a value of 22,500. they know i have a turbocharger as well. Collision was another 1700 though!:eek:

who are you through?

At the risk of sounding like a commercial.....

If you are located in Idaho I might be able to help you. I represent several companies that are very competative for sled insurance including boosted sleds. Of course rates vary depending on the situation (claims history, age, coverage, etc) but $16,000 in coverage on my personal boosted sled is under $300/year for full coverage and higher liability limits than most people carry.

3 Turbo sleds total value of $70k $1700 a year. 47 and not married it cost me more being single but divorce worth it LOL :beer;:beer;

When I talked to my insurance lady she said it was the collision and liability that costs the most, not the value of the sled. At least that's what I was told. Apparently the majority of sled related claims are due to people running into each other.

I carry $25k/50k Bodily/Property/Uninsured Damage with a $500 deductible. You might what to talk to your insurance people about what you are carrying and see it that effects your rate.

I've yet to take my sled out of "storage" mode this year but if I recall correctly, my insurance goes up by $128 for six months when I do. I have a stock 08 Nytro MTX. My insurer is USAA. I have multiple discounts since we have all my family cars under USAA and have been using them over 20+ years though...

Haven't insured any boosted sleds yet, but the most expensive sled I've insured this year was $89 a year for 100/300 Bodily Injury and Guest Liability, $5000 Medical Payments, and $250 deductible on Collision and Comprehensive. That's on an 08 M8. The minimum price is $75 a year though, so that's cheapest I offer.

We've got an insanely cheap snowmobile policy right now. I'll talk to the underwriters on Monday, but I haven't even seen anything asking if there are modifications to the sled, so I don't know about the turbo.
