instead of spending thousands on lightweight mods.....

cant argue with less weight on the sled makes it go higher, im 160 in gear 5' 11" and can throw the sled around, maybe not as good as the bigger guys, but im in MUCH better shape, so i can keep digging, and i do go higher on the same sled, never been a question, ill keep scrawny, cuz not eating tons of junk is cheaper, then you can even afford more mods!! best of both worlds.

It's because you ran cross-country in HS, honestly, who signs up for a sport that is just running! I'm big enough that I can throw a heavy sled around quite easily, therefore, don't really "need" light weight mods, just reinforcments!:rolleyes:

my sleds heavier than yours and im gonna ride circles around you this winter.... ITS ON!!!!

My lightweight secret is to eat about a dozen of those frozen toquito's (the ones with "simulated meat products" & tons of different cheeses work best). Then chase that with a 15-18 pack of cool, crisp Kokanee beer. Maybe a Red Bull & Vodka....or 2?? Then more toquito's and beer. Sleep/Pass-out.

I can drop 10-15lbs in the morning before I even brush my teeth!! Probably be 20 lbs lighter if there's a new copy of Reader's Digest in the "reading room"!! HAHA!!:beer;:beer;

what if your like me and 165lbs with full sledding gear, dropping 30lbs i dont think i could even pull the rope to start my sled. i'd much rather drop 30lbs off my sled, if only it was cheaper.

Now your BSing me, my sled does weight more than yours, AND I've got a 100 lbs on you, and as for the riding circles around me, you have yet to prove you can keep that motor together for more than 3 rides, so I won't even know if it will make it a circle!rolleyes::D

It IS on!

Yes we can all lose 10lbs, just some of us shouldn't, lol.

Well yeah. HAHA. That skin gets a little then for those of us who don't have much more to loose. I'm 5'8" and started August at 148. Got er back down to 139 two times this week (except for the prime rib special at the Cafe on Tuesday night. LOL)

Were you a wrestler??

Nope. I left HS at 115. Started working out and at my peak of 5 nights a week and probably 4k calories a day I hit 145. Always wanted to try for 155-160 but now I have family time instead of gym time.

last year i gave up budweiser that saved me 15 lbs -there are just somethings that are never right and this is one of them!
