Tighten up the one side you broke lose then go and do the other side. Then go back to the first one and taake it out. Air tools help.

Check out the .375/47* ones as well. Just put those on my 09 163. They really perk up the rear of the sled. Curt at Fastraxs reccomends then for anybody that is 220+

first thing i notice was the sag of 6 " went to 2 " i havent had a chance to ride yet but the stiffer spring should do the trick last season the more i rode the more sage i got 405/77 was recomended on a thred on here a wile back .

I just put the 375/47degree springs on my dragon, going riding tomorrow and am eager to see what a diff they made

The 375's are made for our RMK skids, the 405 is not. Yes, it will fit but it is not the best choice.

i just put on the .375/47 and the sag is gone. looks like a different sled... I had to put the adjuster to the least or softest position

Now, apparently there is a kit part number that includes both springs at a lower cost than buying seperatlely.

Yes that is true. I stopped at my dealer today and he said it would be MUCH cheaper to buy the kit... he also said that since I havent ridden my 2010 yet he might be able to give a credit for the return of my originals. I am stopping in later this week/ early next week and I will let ya know what the final decision is. I need fat boy springs bad- sagging a good 8 inches

I have a 4-5 inch sag on my 08 RMK, so with your new spring the back of the skid is now all way up??

part number for 405/77 is left 7041940-067 right 7041941-67 put them on my 09 d8 made a big difference
