Looks great but what's all that green stuff? :p

I go not like that green stuff Mag. I wish it would turn white!!

I used a Sawz All and a dremel cut off wheel. There is one factory gripper just before the rear suspension bracket that I pounded flat. Other than that, cut and rivet! Pretty straight forward!

Plasma cutter is best. Call a weld shop and see if they will cut it for cheapo.

I went with 4 inch metal disc and a metal hack saw blade.

I am getting ready to do this. I will probably just use a pneumatic cutoff wheel.

To the original poster:

What kind of shock covers are those? Where did you get them?

Hey B, Your buggy looks awesome! I'm a huge fan of the red Better Boards. Load that puppy up and head west young man....WAY more west then you guys normally do.

Anyway thanks for your biz and all the GREAT REFERRALS! People just like you are THE MAIN REASON Better Boards are number one in the industry. We appreciate your business and especially your support. If you can make it out to our company testing grounds this winter you will be repaid in spades!

cheers
