Need to know

I would like to think if you really found a problem, you would not have any trouble sharing it with the rest of us. There are a lot of small things that everyone has suggested, and even a few big one's. The fact is my sled is still not running and there is a lot of big snow to tackle. Any info would be helpful for an M8 owner that has a similar issue. Thanks in advance for the info!

I have the exact same problem,no powervalves ,on a 06 900efi zr..Showing 6 flashes.Replaced regulator,main wiring harness,servo motor,stator ,combed all the wiring,down to the ecu.Cat wants 2300.00 for one,and who knows if thats the problem!Looking for stm's powervalves...and their not available till couple more weeks.I pretty much gave up trying this and that.Good thing I got a backup sled.I'm stumped!

Fix? I wonder if it was the servo motor OR the 08 M8's had a component left out of the ECU's and I have seen them throw a 08 code. Just had an 08 come in that hadn't been swapped out yet that a guy bought from the same dealer this guy got his from......wish I had seen this thread back in December.

WE fixed this a while ago let see If i can remember.

First the install was the biggest thing we just started over and fixed many issues seams like servo you know I will check in the AM and post then.

Servo

That sled was a mess not his fault he bought it from a place that was going out of business and I think it was a repo but the servo motor was bad but we also replaced his wiring harness. When he left it was as good as new and ran great. Hope this helps.
