thats a bold statement.... i agree that it aint right that your throtle stuck wide open.. cause then you would have 50 guys a year coming in the throttle stuck wide open when they tag a tree.... where can skidoo draw the line to many honest and a lot not so much....

you weren't there diesel.....but 3 people witnessed the incident, and will testify that even after the impact, the throttle cable was still out all the way....just because something happens rarely, doesn't mean it didn't happen as stated....and ski-doo should honor the commitment to make safe sleds or make beach balls
