Howdy, I guess I'll do my introduction. I've been creepin through this forum for a few months, gathering info on my ride and how to be a better rider. I finally decided to sign up. I live in Alaska, spent most of my life in Anchorage but this spring I turned 18 and had to move out. I moved back to the village, only upside to this place is that I can ride anytime I want. I currently ride a pos, it's a 98 Ultra 680 sp in a 96 xlt 600 frame. It's like a boat with handlebars. I swear I spend more time working on it than riding it, wich is hard to do considering I put 2000 miles on it in a month. It's only upside it that I can hold it wide open for 30 miles when it's cold out, and living on the Yukon you always have the opportunity to that while traveling. It's been sitting for a few days since I noticed my clutch is going out, it squeals pretty bad. Now I'm just waiting until I get some cash to get my clutch rebalanced/rebuilt. Not that it matters, it's -40f so I wouldn't be riding unless I had to.
