Had ACL surgery in March. Just trying to get it back to the same size as the other one. 60 % muscle loss in one week. Urggg!!! Just about there.

I would recommend a dose of mad pow and a nice sunny day.
Repeat as necessary.


Unfortunately, we are in the wrong season, so except for a trip to antarctica you might have to wait for a while.

Trips are good. But day dreaming is all I got right now. I'll be more than ready for the first ride. Probably the best shape I've been in quite a while. Woo Hoo!
