HPS XP can install question, and sound baffel question

Sooo, I am putting my HPS can on my sled and am not sure where the spring loop on the side of the can anchors to the sled. If anyone has a picture that would be sweet.

Also, I was wondering if you guys are pulling out the plastic sound baffel with foam that sits above the can and pipe? Seems like a good idea just wondering.

I'm putting some aluminum heat tape on the recoil while the can is off, any other suggestions?
