Ok, so if I just want to receive 2 payments for less than $300 each can paypal CREDIT my credit card I have registered with them less %2 of the purchase price?
And to do that all I have to do is give the buyer my email address and tell paypal that it needs to credit my credit card![]()
In case no-one has posted this before: Paypal got trickier when ebay bought them out... if you want to receive money and pay no fees you can, with a personal account, and if the seller funds the money they sent you from their bank account. If they fund it using a credit card or a debit card, it will cost you $$ to transfer it into your bank account.ok so if I just "verified" a personal bank account on PayPal can I now receive money?
Used to think paypal was the safest way to send or receive money until I had some hack get into my account. Had it set up on a seperate bank account just for that reason. Only put money into the account when needed. This @%$?&^* hack made five transfers of $35.40 from my bank account. Paypal flagged it suspicious after the fifth one and put a hold on the account. Only one processed but there still wasn't enough in the account to cover it. Needless to say I had five overdrafts on my bank account at $125.00. I put stop payment on anything for paypal because with paypal it will try to pull the funds three times just so you know. I called and talked to Paypal about six times on the overdrafts that should be their responsibility, all they did was give me the run around. They said its not their problem and I should take it up with my bank. As far as their customer service goes its just another big corp. that could care less about their customers. I have nothing good to say about Paypal and no longer have an account or ever will. If your going to use paypal put it on a credit card so you can dispute any problems.
