What the heck is going on here!!! So I get a PM from polaris dude (I believe) asking me how I know Watts Masonry, and I recieved a link to this thread.
I don't understand exactly whats going on? I can tell you that I know both Watts brothers, and I have several friends that have bought sled decks from them. I can say that I dont know a single person that has ever had a problem that they didn't fix for them.
I guess I'm caught off guard is there a miss understanding somewhere??? They have treated everyone I know very well!

No seriously this is great you guys need to get a life I have sent payment twice and do not know what has happened to it but this guy might kep bad books if he can not even find my address and as expressed once before he as an HMK dealer is not even supose to be selling on this site. That is neither here nor there I am going to send payment to hmk one more time but if it does not clear it up this time he can kiss my @$$. I am not going to let some idiot bring me down. And as for my friends and family leave them out of your drama dip sh**. I am not a theif I pay my bills and as for this site somone needs to get it back on track its a bunch of winers and gay jokes on here its got out of control. So you have proof that you paid Snowday, like a cleared check or certified mail delivery conformation? Why would you Pay HMK when you bought from Snowday? From your rant it sounds like excuses to me. Going to be very hard to believe you verses a guy who has a great reputation on here and lots of us have dealt with buying gear.

well folks, I think this reponse here pretty much proves he's a stand up guy!
Sounds alot like Team2, I swear I sent payment, I swear! with no backup, no answers as to why he has been active, but never responded to the thread, never responded to pm's or anything, but on top of that lacking respect for an entire snowmobiling community who dosnt like to see people get ripped off. Get set for team2.....2

I try not to get involved in these things because as an outsider you never know the whole story but your response on here speaks volumes about you and your business. A simple, "there is a misunderstanding here that I will clear up privately with snowday" would probably have been a little more appropriate and may have helped salvage your reputation.
Wow, I'm pretty sure if you were attacked by that many people you would be a little defensive also! I talked to him on the phone yesterday and he told me that the first payment he made never went through his bank, and that was when snowday and watts talked and watts sent out another payment. Watts told me after that the second payment he sent cleared his bank then the frist payment cleared his bank. Meaning he paid twice for it!!!!
So can you see where he feels he has been the one that was ripped off!!! I'm sure if everyone could chill then snowday and watts could compare records and hopefully they can figure out where things went wrong.
I think its very sad that other people are sending him threatening emails/posts/phone calls and trying to get his friends and family involved in this. I believe it is between snowday and watts! I understand sticking up and helping out a friend but geee the threats are a bit much!
Can't we all just get along????

I never said that I didn't understand how he felt but when the success of your business may depend on how you respond to something like this you don't always have the luxury of expressing your feelings in an unprofessional way. If you must share your side with the pubic then there are better ways to go about it. I would have respected him and his business had he just said that he would handle the problem and not told the snowmobile community and potential customers to "kiss his a$$". It's all good though, 80% of small businesses fail....so I guess he is just increasing the odds that others make it in to the successful 20%. One more fun fact, a happy customer tells an average of 3 people about their experience, and unhappy customer tells an average of 30.

From an outsider looking in, here is the scoop
On one hand you have a guy come here, saying he has not recieved payment in months, he has done everything possible to contact the guy BEFORE going public which is well documented in this thread, if you read the thread you would see he is saying what a nice guy this Watts character is, and dosnt want this to go public on a misunderstanging and ruin the guys rep, in my opinion he did everything possible to not take it this route.
On the other hand you have this guy who was proven time and time again to be logging into snowest, pretty much guarenteed he saw the thread, and numerous PM's that were sent his way, and he dosnt respond, finally when family and friends get involved he pops up with all sorts of excuses, coincidence, probly not I would think. Then he continues to berate the man who at first did everything possible to not drag his name in the mud, and calling the members of snowest gay, and pathetic for stepping up to the plate for a guy who is getting ripped off.
You should read the thread again, am I missing something here?
Why did he not answer snowdays calls explaining the situation? or pms? or emails? if it was a misunderstanding you dont ignore the person for months! I would love to here the excuse for this
I am trying to toy with him.

It is my understanding that it is his brother that owns the Watts up Toys (sled decks) so I'm not sure why his brothers business is getting trashed because of this problem???

To All: Call it a down fall but I'm the type of person that will trust a friend until I have been burned by them. I can tell you that WattsMasonry & WattsUpToys have never burned me. I have never ordered anything from/or talked to snowday, but from what I have heard he is great guy to order HMK gear from.

i still have not recieved payment for the jackets i delivered. if any of you have ever purchased goods from me on snowest you would know that i do payments through paypal so a record is maintained by a third party for verification for both myself and the buyer that payment and product were both recieved. i still have verification through paypal and wattsmasonry that the jackets were recieved. no payment has been made on that account.
hmk also has no record of ever recieving a check from him, i sold him the goods, not hmk.
again, he still has not replied to any of my emails.
i sent this email today to wattsmasonry:
can we please resolve this?! it is now mid summer and I would like to get this taken care of. i will knock the price down to an even $350. just let me break even on the transaction. I helped you out, this is honestly no way to treat a fellow sledder.
you could do installments on the payment. $100 a month would work. i need the money that i spent on getting these jackets to you. please pay for your goods!
this is my email address for paypal. please forward payment. this has really put a hurt on me and my family. $370 is not something i planned on losing. i have never been burnt via snowest.

for reference since jeff you are clearly reading this thread, this is the only payment you ever made. the check was denied and cancelled the day following me shipping out the product to you because "your credit card had been stolen and account overdrawn" i believe. i can dig up the email if you'd like. i haven't deleted a single communication.
