Can you get the local police involved?

This isn't a criminal matter...the police can't do anything due to the way this transaction went down. The goods were delivered on an or@l agreement....the douche can say whatever the heck he wants....he can say we talked about it and snowday sent me the jackets for whatever reason.

If he sent a bad check...yes it would be criminal. If his payment was fraudulent to get the goods it would be criminal. It appears it was an or@l agreement, which are very shakey.

snowday you live in OR, he lives in WA....jump across the border and file a civil suit....pay the small fee to file. He will most likely not show up and you will get a default judgement.

he still has not paid. i have an unpaid invoice with emails from him stating he will pay it. i also have the tracking number and emails form him stating he recieved and used and loved the jackets.

now he just ignores the matter and wont return any messages or emails

Cant say that I know much of anyone on here, but I figured I would leave a comment on his brothers page with a link to the thread and see what happens.
Here is what I wrote.

There is a thread doing I think you need to be aware of. Your brother's actions are putting the hurt on your business and your reputation in the sledding community. Because of his actions maybe people are unwilling to buy from you and steering others clear of you. Find a way to make things right with snowday, its really not worth the lost business....

I hope Product Tester has spotted this and yanks that Twisted Turbo dealership. I would not want a douche bag like that selling my kits , sounds like a quick way to unhappy customers.

I noticed. Tried to defend that fact that Canada is not the only place in the world that has good riding or good riders. Next thing I know I got bad reps. I don't like them, but I don't know how to get my green back.

Yep - one poor customer service rep and things can go downhill fast. I would hate to see it happen to a guy like product tester, just like I would hate to see snowday not get paid for his product.

thanks for all the support on the forum everybody.

hopefully other business makes up for him screwing me over. it would still be nice to get my money as i am not in the business of spending $300 on gear for somebody i dont even know and clearly has no respect for community.
