How bad will Lesnar beat Mir?

yeah, even though he was bleeding a bit, most of those punches that lesnar was throwing when on the ground weren't doing too much damage. more superficial stuff. not saying i would want him to do that to me, but an experienced guy like mir was able to ride that out and find the right oppurtunity, and bang, lesnar almost lost a leg!!

What a damn joke. The whole card was a joke. Lesnar was kickin the crap out of Mir till once again, a submission took him out. I thought it was the Ultimate Fighting championship? I wish they would make it a dual title, one for the submission fighters, and one for the brute force punchers. Lesnar will learn, but doubt he will learn quick enough although. Kudo's to Mir, I hope he gets his shot at the title.

UFC is becoming a joke! you make a public statment against dana white or the UFC you lose your fight. there was no reason to stand up lesnar, and deduct a point the fight before griffen was getting nailed in the head and the ref just tapped him twice on the head, no officail warning, no standing up the fighters, no point deduction. If lesnar was stood up the fight would have ended up first round tko ref stoppage due to strikes. mir was going out his head was dropping after every hit.

look at the people that have spoke out against UFC they lose a fight or do not get to fight anymore, Diaz, Tito, Lesnar, Penn,wandli, etc etc

lesnar will be back this is only his second MMA fight and he went against a former champion, look at who Rampage fought his first UFC fight a soup can.

I am not well versed on UFC, but I also wondered about stopping the fight?

The only reason Brock was able to hit him in the back of the head was
because he turned his head. It obviously was not intentional.


In the long run, this loss will serve Brock well.

C'mon - Lesnar was winning right up until he lost; right? It's MMA you need to be skilled in all aspects of the sport to be succesful. If you want to see submission wrestling go watch the ADCC. If you want to see striking go watch boxing or muay-thai. The card was very good you got to see some sick jiu-jitsu from Almeida and Nogueira - knock-outs from Lytle and Boetsch. So you are disappointed because Lesnar and Sylvia got subbed after winning most of the match?
