Housing in Pinedale WYO

I applied for a teaching job in Pinedale.. not really sure if I will even get an interview, I noticed when looking on the net that The cheapest places were like 1500 a month. Is that realy how it is and if so how do you afford that for a one bedroom no garage. I am just curious if housing is really that hard to come by even now do to our economic situation.

yeah, the market is pretty high. but so are the wages. I have heard that the teachers in pinedale are some of the highest paid in the state. The economy in Pinedale is definatly not reflective of the rest of the country. heck the economy in wyoming as a whole is not reflective of the rest of the country. only state in the union with a surplus. Housing is just barley starting to fall a bit now and jobs are slowing some but not even close to other areas. decent house with a garage and some land could run anywhere from 200,000 to 500,00. pm me if you want some more info.

Yeah I am from Gillette it is about the same way. Pay is good as well but I know some people there and do the roomate thing. Hopefully I get an interview becasue I could sled every weekend in the good stuff. I will just check it out if needed thanks for the info.
