Hooking up my Utah peeps

Has anyone tried the Photochromatic lens and how do you like it?

I have. Check out my instagram @bagnell183 there is a video of it changing on there. The lens changes fairly quickly. It does have some issues staying too dark in the trees. For the most part it is a great lens. I have talked to Stage about doing a light smoke to dark photo lens and they are looking into it. It is an expensive lens but for 50% off it is not a bad deal. I ran this lens over the summer racing motocross and I loved it.

Any plans for a nose guard/roost guard?

Yes. They are still working on it. It is hard because they are trying to find a way to do it with out changing the design. We have had huge input and requests for the the nose guard.

Awesome! That was my only concern, but can hardly complain with the huge discount! Keep us posted!

I really like the photochromatic lens so far. Not sure how'd they fair on a dark snowy day though. I never thought they would change as much as they did (see photos)

I have been riding this lens all season and it works great in low light but sometimes can be too dark. I am very happy with it.

In looking at their site, they still seem to be solely for skiing/boarding. It would be nice to see mention of our sport and get some sled specific features available such as a nose guard.
Agreed! seems like theyre ignoring part of the market... esp here in UT

Cool. I really like them but I like to send my funds to those that support our sport. I will be ready to jump on board and try them out, once I see that is the case.

Thanks for working on our local companies.

Yes, I would like to see them mention our support as well. I do like the goggles I bought from Stage.

I picked up a couple pair of their Promo goggles. Smoke lens only, but at $20/pair, I couldnt pass it up.
Quality seems good.
I'll try them out and post back how they do w/ fogging and whatnot.

Hey is this special still honored now that we are nearing the new season?

Note that they are also selling a limited edition version to support the Utah Avalanche Center https://www.stageideas.com/pages/goggles-for-good-guys. They donate $20 of the $40 purchase price to the UAC.

Need Nose Guard

I bought a pair a couple years ago and they were ok, but eventually I had to take them out of my snowmobile repertoire because of the lack of a nose guard.

Also, I would want to see proof of them donating to BRC instead of Sierra Club before I would be willing to buy another pair.
