I know 1st hand someone that Ted attempted to screw. Finally they went to his house to collect.
First off let me say I in no way have any answers, just questions, like, why wait until the end of the year to get work done on a sled? I am not knocking ANYONE on this but it just amazes me that people wait until fall to get sled work done. I know, some have to wait and build up money and such but, and like I said, I don't know the whole story. Such as if someone was told there work would be completed by a certain date or something. So if that is not the case then ya kinda have to wait. I understand this has been going on a long time but if a sled shop is hot then ya, this guy is probably swamped so please don't call someone out and only tell a little of the story. I in no way am coming off as an a-hole not my intention some times ya just have to be patient.

Are you out for blood yet?? I'd be pizzed finding out you're not the only one that has been waiting for their sled for months now. Pizz poor customer service, I'd say!!!! I'd talk to the Better Business Bureau and lodge a complaint, but you'd probably have to get in line there too!!!!!!
customer service has died ! and it doesn't matter what brand you ride, it is extremely hard to find a shop you can trust, my sled has been sitting at my local dealership since Nov 25/08 to have the nun replaced, they say it is 12 hrs of labour to do the job, to my calculations the've had 216 shop hrs to complete the task, I know they are busy, who isn't ? if they were smart, they would have fixed it as soon as possible, who knows how much new **** I would have had top fix by now ?
As a first time customer of ted,s. I had my engine done in the early summer and have had nothing but good service with Ted. I seen how precise he is on his workman ship and would deal with him again. The extra performance still has me grinning from ear to ear would recommend his work to any body. THANKs TED DAVE.

i know ted from before sled days. it looks to me he just takes on more then he can handle.but hes a good guy.

I had ted put a tunnel, bulkhead and rear suspension package together for me last year. I'm currently waiting for my 975 back from him to throw between the skis. Believe me, my friends, brand lovers of all sorts drueled when they first saw the chassis, its that good. It took time but was well worth it. I betting whomevers waiting will be impressed.
