Help With Neighbors Continuos Barking Dog!!!

I hope all problems like this don`t get resolved in that way.

I guess that would of been an easy fix to the problem for most.

The best suggestions I heard on here were.
Calling everytime it barks from a blocked number, that would actually be kinda funny. Not sure how to get there number though.
The electrical device mentioned, that I have definetly considered
The sling shot and the airsoft gun idea is good also for just a sting and
not to harm, but the animal is a bit of a distance away, would have to be a good shot. LOL Not doing that one though.
Not sure if a dog whistle would work very well. unless I was standing at there fence.

Many others had excellent ideas too those people with the non harming ideas have more of a softspot for animals like me.

But antifreeze , ratpoison, and any other ideas like that are out of the question.

Weekendwarrior`s idea was the best answer to me. It does require kinda of a get the ball rolling type of manner but is the right way.

I Could end this whole problem in about the next 30minutes, but I like to think I have a conscience and want to sleep well not worrying if I someone is going to find out I killed there dog and turn me in. and whether I am going to Jail for this.

I have talked to the new neighbor right next to there house and they are very discouraged too and ever since I talk to them I haven`t heard the dog much. but you difinetly know when they let him out. It goes into constant bark mode for about 30min then they let him back in. this probably won`t last long, cause it has happened many times before, in a week or so they must think the pressure is off them and they leave him out longer and longer etc. and back to the same old prob. again. but I won`t let it get that far Again.
