Helmet lights

Hey guys, looking to buy a helmet light of somekind, want to do a little night riding in the pow and head lights dont work so well. Any sugestions to what might work and where I could find it???

Thanks

See Where You Look!!!

A helmet mounted light will work better in most conditions due the ability to move your head and have good light. Thers a lot of choices from halogen or HID and battery to sled powered. Gen. if you want to run it from your sled you are most likely looking at halogen 35 or 50 watts. If you want more light
or run with No headlights ck out the single large (30 or 40 watts)HID
You will get pos.results from all the brands, but as most anything you will see a diff.
CK out www.cyclopsmotorsports.com
Thanks
Darryl

Get a set of cheap driving lights for a car, wire one in to the headlight wiring and use some velcro to attach it to your helmet.
Get a 50w bulb for it if you want it bright.
Cheapest and works well.

Check out some of the mountain bike lights. I'm not talking about commuter lights but the HID night riding lights.

Check out

Cambria

These lights are meant to fasten right to your helmet or handlebars

Night riding rocks if your prepared.

??????

Bubble Gum And Duct Tape Sounds Pretty Good After Seeing That Price
Look again I think you missed something.
The lights that run off the sled are much less expensive. The price is mostly in the batteries... Quality cost $ Make your own or buy a cheep model,
either way get out and ride at night. If you are a night rider, a helmet mounted light is the biggest performance enhancer youll find.
If you think were expensive look at the low powered HID bicycle lights referred to above. Less light and far more$
True you do need dc power and a battery to run HID lights from your sled

I started out with a Lead Dog and switched to a Cyclops. I like the Cyclops better - I think it's made tougher and I didn't like that it illuminated a red tail light on my head.
