Hatcher Pass (willow/palmer)

anyone want to ride hatchers tomorrow?

The forcast is calling for partly sunny/cloudy and 16. Sounds like a good day of riding to be had!!

Let me know I can meet ya there!

Man, I'd be all over it if I didn't have a couple of jobs in the shop tomorrow..have fun and let us know how it was

Lol if I was working for someone else it wouldn't be a problem but the responsibility is all on me..bummer

Rode Archangel yesterday. Nice and sunny and pretty good snow. Still have to watch for those rocks! Still not enough snow to make it over the head of Archangel valley though. Nice to have a close spot to ride anyways.

I was going to head up there this morning too, but I might wait until the fog burns off some. Normally I can see Hatcher's from my house but there is only 1/4 mile visibility right now with the fog. What time were you guys headed up there?

I think we both decided to not go, fog and im sicker than snot. Chad, we'll, i think he is just a bum.

Fog has cleared out- that was fast. I can see the mountain and the sun is shining!:D I am going to head up in a few. I hope you feel better.

uh oh... my bad :( hopefully it clears up faster than mine did ~ I was down for three days solid, still have a bit of a cough too... we have riding to do this weekend... no more sickies!!!

there was no fog up there at 9, and it was warmer once you got in there, we went up into archangel, nice powder, not a cloud in sight, good day of riding

Perfect Blue Bird day at Hatcher's as far as the weather. Parked at the Gold mint parking lot across from the Mother load. We went up Archangle trial and slowed down for several skiers with dogs. Further back there is waist deep powder; however we still found some rocks, so be careful. It should be perfect after the next big snow dump. Nice meeting a couple slope workers- Eben on the “Husqvarna Rev”, good riding with you.

Be careful up in Hatchers, the rocks are hidden just right and the avalanche danger is pretty substantial. The pow was good though, they just need another 20" dump and it will be pushing "epic."

was there monday on the willow side..great snow below treeline, snow was good but alittle deep for shorter tracks.

will probably try tomorow if the kid dissappears with his mother!!
