I am goin on a trip next friday to that area and i was wonderin for the people who have been there how is it? is the snow good this time of year? How much snow do they have? it sounds like theres a couple hundred miles of trails, are they well marked? On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate the riding experiance there? Any information would be helpful. Thanks guys and keep ridin.

Drive east out of Meeker towards the little town of Buford. (Past the "Sleepy Cat Ranch". Take the Buford road south until you can see other sled trailers and park. Unload there and continue heading south, up the Buford road. You will eventually find yourself on top. This whole area is the Flat Tops. Tons of acreage..........some marked but, the beauty is in the "off trail" riding. At Hiner Springs take the trail down to Meadow Lake and on towards Blair Mtn. Pack a lunch, lots of water and let someone know where you are going OR contact the Rifle Snowmobile Club or Meeker Clubs for info and maps. Enjoy....it is truly some of Colorado best riding!
