Hanford Grass Drags

What happened to the Grass Drags in Hanford. I went one year it was fun but the turn out was small. Did I anwser my own question. We should have one in Sac so some of the tahoe riders can come. Maybe it would be a better turn out.

you could have it snowmobilers back yards and most would make an excuse. I was at hanford and bakersfield and only 3 people from the bakersfield club went to the drags, which were held at the fairground, during the Sportsmans Fair that had atvs, hunting, fishing, offroad trucks and parts, an rv show and Classic car show and bakersfield club that says they have 300 members had less people than we had there. You would think they would go tto the fair if they lived in Bakersfield. what else could you be doing in Bakersfield on a saturday. Add to it a snowmobile grass drag and still no one showed. We live in a weak lazy cheap society here in California. No wonder the treehuggers are killing us. They have a hotdog picnic in Yosemite and 600 people show from 7 different states. We wont support our local dealers just to save $25, and now we have about half the dealers of 5 years ago. Smalleys was at Hanford and at Bakersfield, supporting a sport he loved, but still had to shut the doors. sorry, but we suck.
