At 4" when you turn your bars all the way to the right, it will affect your throttle. But...if you have the rider select steering, you can push it all the way forward to alleviate it...(which sucks, cuz all the way forward you're looking at your headlight)
You can also reroute your throttle cable(w/out disconnecting it) from around the clutch side of the motor to across the top of the motor, it will remove the hard right turn/throttle rev issue.

I added 6" of riser to my 06. I re-routed the throttle cable slightly, it goes right by the PTO spark plug and there is just enough slack. I also had to re-position the wiring harness that goes up to the bars. I have an extended brake hose, but I don't think I needed it.
Oh, and my rider select is bolted tight at position 5

I do have the rider select and steering is a beitch I keep it at 3 so it is easyer to steer. But thinking about new spindles to help my old wrists. So do i need to replace that also.

I have the 6" on mine as well, my rider select is in #3 from the rider. I need to get the rider select delete kit mod I saw on here a few months ago

I would look at your rear suspension set up first, that's going to cause heavy steering. Sounds like you're set up with a lot of pressure on your skis. There's a lot of threads and rear suspension in here and in IQ. Do a search and read a bit to see what direction you want to go with the rear end. What hole is your front track shock mounted in? What hole is your limiter straps in?
