Halfway update anyone??

havent had any new snow for a month now. there is a couple feet up high, but frozen pretty hard. supposed to have a big storm coming in on tuesday, and snowing for a few days straight.

Let's pray for major snow, we're heading over on Tuesday for a few days. I would be pissed to drive 8 hours each way for ice riding. The long tracks do not like it at all...

anyway you can push it off for a few days. not supposed to start snowing until tuesday. probably wont have enough snow for good riding till probably thursday. sucks to drive that far, and not have good riding. i think we are gonna go for a test run tomorrow, so i will let you know how the snow looks up high.

well, snow was definetely scarce. only a couple feet up high, and frozen pretty hard. lots of sticks and rocks all over the place, sticking out of the snow. for sure pray for lots of snow...SOON

was up there yesturday and it snowed about 6" on us throughout the day and snowing hard at 4 when we headed off tabletop. Need about 2-3 more feet to make it good riding but yeah lots of rocks, logs and stumps. Had to be real careful or gonna be spending big money on replacement parts. hopefully it dumps snow up there all week.

Was up there 12/30. Rainy down low and snowy up higher, with lots of new since earlier in the week. Kind of heavy and wet snow but lots of it. Tough climb up tabletop from cornucopia on the e-tec 800 163. I think it got really cold up there last night so it's prob set up some. hopefully still powder up top though.

Can you ride from the snow park just out of Halfway? thank you

We rode out of the clear creek snow park and there was plenty. The only problem was they hadn't plowed the rode or the snow park so we had to chain up, but we got in and out fine. It might be plowed by now, but i'm not sure.

A big group of my buddies went this last thursday and said it was terrible. They were supposed to be there for 4 days but left friday morning and came back home. It sucked for them because it's about a four and a half hour drive one way. Myself and 7 others were supposed to go this thursday for 3 days and we cancelled due to lack of snow. We will just wait until there is more snow.
