You are asking a very basic question here, increasing your spring preload on the rear torque arm will help to keep the skies lower during transfer, however there is much more to setting up a rear skid than just cranking up the preload.
I would suggest that you chat this over with Darryl, if you purchased this suspension from him, perhaps he will know your sled and can probably give you a baseline set up to work from for fine tuning.
It is a GREAT rear suspension, IMO.
