haven't heard about either place,but big timothy isn't that far away and it's been white for at least a week and a half down past the tree line,you can see it from up at (Esler) in Williams lake.

was that way up high or some what down the mountain

i went up groundhog today had to drive up 1 or 2 km then it was pretty good 2-3 feet, first ones up there this year

we didnt go to the lake we went up the back way , ya got to do a bit of hills didnt really want to drop into any big bowls.
went to yanks today. only about a foot and a half. Hard spring like snow. Melting up there but will make a good base when it finally start to snow
is this "groundhog mountain" the one also called Finn creek, just south of Blue river near the little hells gate park????

Yep... mil81, myself, and 3 other guys are going to Yanks Peak this weekend. There will be 5 of us on DOO's on Sat. and Sun. and 4 Mon. because I've gotta work Monday.
mil81 says he's never been let down by the conditions on Remebrance Day weekend. Hoping he's right.
