I went with the xs809 to save some $$. My sled eat em up. Cogs fall off after a few hundred miles. The 115 lasts a whole season. Actually longer than the damn engine.

Anyone running gates extreme on D8's? I have gotten a season out of them but not riding as hard as I used to, except in spring bowl riding, which usually finishes off the belt, a thread starts coming out...

same here for the 1115 belt 2 hundred and something odd. Called them F*$%*ng crazy.

I'm trying a Gates Extreme right now. After a couple hundred miles so far so good on my D8 with a SLP stage 4 kit.

Vicar truck parts has the Gator Back Belts for the sleds

I believe the part number for the 1115 polaris belt is 37GBXX1190.

Around $60 so I have been told.

I also ordered a brand new 1115 from Babbits for 148$ plus $10 shipping.
