I just bought a 09 HCR and the hood has alot of scratches. Is there a good product out there to get them out and get the shine back into the plastic? I'm not a clean freak but I would like to keep it looking as nice as I can. Thanks for your input. Don

I havent found anything that really does a good job of taking scratches out of plastic but if you ride that sled to its potential you might just as well leave the scratches and plan on seeing a few more. I used to worry about my sled being nice and shiney but then I remembered why I bought an M series

i use the stuff called new bike in a can it works awesome just dont put it on ur seat
Mequiars makes a product called scratch x that works pretty good as well. I had some scratches on my headlights on my old edge po and it took them right out.
scratches are the name of the game in this sport if you ride it like a rental it like I do
I have used products from Novus for years on plastic, I have tried many other brands but this is by far the best. This is a three part system, for scratches hazing etc.... They also have a quick detailer/sealer now I believe. The best part is that you can buy this stuff just about anywhere.
