gas can rack ?

Buddy had that on his D8 last year. It held up well, never moves, and hauls alotta stuff. Not completely waterproof, but not a POS, either. It does push your can or rack to the back of the tunnel, of course.

How do you like that Polaris tunnel bag?

Holds a ton of stuff (which keeps the wifes backpack lighter), but it is a tight fit for the Mountain Addiction cans. If I remember correctly, that is the 136" Switchback bag, they also make a 121" tunnel bag that would be a little shorter but still look similar and leave more room for the gas cans.

Does the Craigerbuilt and Mountain Addiction setups both use that locking plate? I checked out the websites, but I can't tell how the MA attaches. I like the idea of putting a bag on for some trips.

The Mountain Addiction uses two nylon rails, not a locking plate.

rear gas can rack

For my 08 t800 dragon, I just made mine out of 1 1/2 aluminum angle, tubing and 1/4 ready rod. I think I am into it for about $12. I works good and it doesn't look to bad. I just use bungie cords to secure things down. They are cheap and they do not break or come loose.
