gas can rack ?

Never had a tie down break but the clasp system that most of these use, I've had a couple of those get cold and brittle then snap. Would like to find something simple, clean. Maybe I'll look into finding a plastic ratchet style like the Bombardier system and retrofitting it.

Has anyone run the powder keg? I had the montian addiction on my last sle and loved it but was just looking at different options.

I am looking at the powder keg fuel and pack system. Spendy but looks pretty clean might want to take a look.

That is the nicest set up if you want to spend the money. My fabric tunnel bag exploded on the trail up and down last year and have to bunje the crap out of it to keep the zipper from opening or splitting again.

Holz
We have the CARB (California Emissions) legal 2.5gal fuel can that fits our rack and the Polaris rack.
Mounting utilizes the factory T-slots.
Same fitment as previous models, so if you already have a rack it will fit the Pro model as well.

Mountain Addiction ALL THE WAY!!

they have cleanest kits out there, and what really makes it customer friendly is the coice of colors for the gas cans...pretty much ANY color you want...

I will be meeting up with Leslie in Puyallup or Spokane for sure and getting a set of 2, 1.3 gal cans and rack setup...

Plus MA has a pretty slick bag attachment to add as well or in place of the cans on a shorter trip with the wifey ;)

I have a HOLZ kit on my wifes sled and its been great as well...as always nothing but good things to say for them as well...

Yes, You can run our large gear bag and 3.3 gal. can on your 155. No drilling required our mounting kit uses the slots in the tunnel.

Are the bag and the 3.3gal can the same size so the positions can be swaped easy? For example, if I dont carry fuel that day I can put the bag near the seat where fuel would normally ride.

Dont those cans have the cheap snap down plastic vent hole ?Had those pop open before

Not anymore. They had to meet the greenie venting requirements like everyone else. They now have the spout with a vent that runs on top to allow air in as the gas pours. Works WAY better than those cheezy multi piece valved push spouts

Sweet. I did not buy those due to that cheesy vent cap.I will order up a set for my Long Track Powder Hawk Build

Yes, all of our products are on the same rail spacing so you can mix and match to meet your needs for that days ride.

Here's my wife posing with a side view of the new can. She's going to kick my a_$ for posting that pic again.

Can any who has used this please comment on the quality of the attachement system that holds it all together???

The attachment system is of the highest quality, simple to use, and works great. There is only one thing that I had a issue with and that's right after I installed the rails and tried to install the tanks they were hard to get on and off. I waxed the rails and the bottoms of the cans (slots) and they slid on and off very easily.
