Fricken Ipod and Itunes question......

So let's get technical....WHERE on the hard drive does I-tunes/I-pod put the music. I can't find a folder with say...280 songs on it. Can't find a folder with a single song on it.

It depends...

If you let iTunes control your library, then the music will be in a My Documents - My Music - iTunes - iTunes Music

If you didn't let iTunes control you library, then it should be in your My Documents - My Music folder, with each artist having it's own folder. Or where every you told iTunes where your music was in the first place.

When I plugged the ipod into the original computer with computer #2's songs on it...it synced it all up and kept BOTH sets of tunes. It's all good.

I guess computer #2 can download and get tunes too...but we'll have to bring it downstairs to keep all tunes in one place.

I guess it all works...sort of. As long as I keep using computer #1.
