In a few days…bikeman stage two clutch kit for 8,000 feet goes on, cfr misfit bars…Munster finger throttle…then off to IP for ten days.

Put two hours on it today after initial mods. Mbrp race can is only engine related change so far. Immediately threw abd engine code. Fak. Anyone know if this just gummed up EVs from factory oil in bottom end, or break in oil running rich? The code says the valves are not closing or the sensor thinks they are not closing entirely. Wtf ?? Is the the can? Pos valve? Any insight is appreciated.
And is should add engine light is yellow and goes off when you get in the gas…I guess bc EVs are opened up…? Goes away h til you slow down to trail speed or a lower constant rpm
I agree with Chadly, especially at low elevation cans/exhaust changes can create issues.
I was planning on doing that. But wtf, we can run a can? Or is this is break in thing that others have experienced ? I had a 2017 free ride that didn’t like break in with a can…ran rich and fouled a plug. Otherwise this sled is crazy off the hook responsive and fun to ride. Thx guys
Sounds like this error code shows up after the new brake recall flash for some people. Relearning the PV's corrects this...according to the internet.
Not always. There’s a few still that kick EV codes and/or fart or bog in the mid after relearn.
