The Wahl will not work with this track (read from the first page)

An 8 tooth 3" pitch driver gives decent clearance with the 2.25" PC track... but NOT with the 2.6"... You will need to run the 7 tooth drivers for that track.

And if running the 2.6 on an '11 or '12, the 7 tooth will require chaincase housing modification.

I don't know Guys ,,I put the PC on my Turbo dragon was awesome jumped out of the snow< couldn't get stuck, parted the dragon out and put the same track on my 11PRO and it was a trenching stuck POS ,,went back to the stock track and all is good now, maybe the 2.6 works better IDK ? Colorado dry snow and PC not a good combo IMO, If your going through these mods I say just go for the 3 inch

What kind of skid set up (and length) were you running on the '11 Pro? I know the 5.1 works much better on the Pro than the Dragon but the PC is still a better track on the Pro, just not as much as it was on the Dragon.

So Much Information

Guys I have read the threads over and over and I still don't know what I need. I have a 155 11 pro with a silber turbo. I am doing the QD swap. I came across a 153 2.6 pc for dirt cheap. What do I need to do the put this track under her. I have the 13 driveshaft and drivers. Thanks for the help guys

If you are swapping the chaincase (actual physical case not just internals) and putting the plate off of the '13 in its place with the belt drive and '13 driveshaft then what you need is a set of avid '13 pro powerclaw drivers. 3" pitch, 7 tooth and an anti-stab kit.

That is all. And the cheapest way to stuff that track into your

They were both 155's and yes my dragon had a timbersled rear, never did figure out why the thing became a trencher, tried all kinds of different shocks and settings, maby Im just stupid? All I know is the stock 5.1 seems to create more lift! Where the PC seem to claw, in a drag race the PC was fasterhad more track speed, hooked up harder, but the first 50 ft my 5.1 was ahead, every time and in the tight trees, where I seem to find myself,I would rather not be trenching,,,,, I guess I just suck as a rider?but now I ride a snow donky,,,, all is now right with the world!

yes I am doing the full swap with the plate. Thanks for the help got them on order.

You should have posted a thread in the WTB. There are plenty of take offs available for pennies on the dollar. I have about six plates, six set of sprockets, etc. as I'm only using the shafts and brakes. PM me if you want to get some components, cheaper than new.

My '11 came with a PC track (Carls cycle installed), i will have to go look and see what they did.

Thanks. I wasn't insinuating you suck as a rider. I know better...

My experience with the 90 durometer powerclaw was the track will trench a little more in the very, very deep, light snow. I had to go with a completely different set-up in the rear.

I think the 80 durometer PC would be a better option for the Pro.

Actually, for a while, the HCR PC 153" was a 90 Durometer track... I ran a couple of them... awesome track.

I traded I guy for my 2011 drivetrain for his 2013

Ok so I ordered my 2,6 pc track (thanks jpstrr!) and I picked up somewhere here that the RMK 900 shaft would fit in nice (could have swore it was in this thread!). Got a shaft from wfieldin (thanks!) sent to Curtis at Ftx and he put wahls 3" x 7t extros on it for me.

Shipping through Christmas and newyear, I finally lay my hands on all the parts today, second christmas :face-icon-small-win. But notice one thing right of; the splined end on the pto side is not there. No input for the speed sensor.

So, the big Q: has anyone used such a driveshaft on a pro and gotten a speed pick-up?

Norway...The Wahl drivers don't work well on this track... sure, they will turn the track, but it won't be "right"... for reasons pointed out in this thread.

The 2005 shafts had a "bolt on" speed sensor (as do all the IQ driveshafts) . The newer ones are integral to the shaft. (as you know)

Simple to add and then your speedo will work ( I assume you have a 2011/12 PRO, an assault or Std RMK???)

The speedo trigger wheel is part #20 (PN 5136619 ) in this pic. bolt is #30 (PN 7516733)
If you have access to used parts... easy to remove from a junk sled... and cheap from the dealer. (about $20 US for both)
