I finally got my snowhawk home! The top pulley for the drivebelt has the ring missing that keeps the belt from sliding off the side. I found the ring in the belly pan. There doesn't seem to be a way to attach it back on. I might also want new plastic. heard of redoing the seals on the forks. Not sure what else it needs.

PS it is an 05 600 LT

I see you got the long track what size is that 136 or 144. I was looking in the manual for that ring your talking about is that the drive belt or the big cog belt. Later Tom

I know just what your talking about. The same thing happened to my buddies last year. I think it is caused by too much belt tension causing the shaft to flex down a little walking thtbelt against the ring. We pounded it back on and then used a punch to stake around the edge to keep in place, seems to be holding. If you need parts give me a call I can help
