I was in one of my retail accounts the first of this week. They have retail clothing, and also a sporting goods section. The owner mentioned that the gun counter had been very busy the last 90 days. While I was in the store, every single person that came in for the 2 hrs that I was there went straight to the ammo and gun section. Gun sales are hot right now. There are alot of poeple that are very nervous. You can go to http://www.ar15.com and go to the forums. There is a couple of posts that discuss how much ammo people are buying.

Check out http://www.ammoman.com They have raised their prices on all of their merchandise. 30 days ago I bought 1,000 rds of 7.62 for $198.00. A couple of days before the election it was $109, then the night of the election it goes to $119.00, day after it was $129.00, today it is $149.00. Taking advantage of the situation. I have heard of other retailers doing the same thing.

Just got back from my fav gunshop and it was jammed. Damm, brass has gone through the roof.
